Securely place your jewelry in its original Eden Presley presentation box and protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our artisans inspect the piece to confirm its original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
